At Daily Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, weβre here to help in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note:
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- a damaged item,
- a defective product,
- or the wrong order,
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used beauty tools
- Opened personal care products
- Oral care products once opened or used
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend:
- Requesting a return (if eligible)
- Placing a new order for the preferred item
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
