Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across South Africa using Aramex Store to Door courier services.

Estimated delivery time:
🚚 8–11 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • your location,
  • courier operations,
  • weather conditions,
  • high order volumes,
  • or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control.

Please note:

  • Daily Cosmetics is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We will always do our best to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information via email or SMS (where applicable).

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Daily Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for:

  • failed deliveries,
  • delays,
  • or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the packaging and item,
  • and a description of the issue.

We will work with the courier provider to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
